What to Expect from HEALTH ATLAST
Phase 1: Relief Care
Our first objective is to help you reduce pain and start feeling better as soon as possible. Depending on the severity of the underlying condition causing your pain, typically a patient may need chiropractic care or adjustments 2 or 3 times per week for 4 to 12 weeks. The frequency is different for each patient and is based on an evaluation of your examination and X-rays.
Phase 2: Corrective & Restorative Care
During the corrective phase of chiropractic care, muscles and other tissues are allowed to heal more completely, preventing further injury or pain. The objective of corrective or restorative chiropractic care is to help bring the body back to 100% functionality.
Depending on your response to relief care, and how well your soft tissue and structure are holding your adjustments, you will be dropped in frequency. This is based on your overall health and the severity of your problem.
Phase 3: Wellness Care
Once the body has healed and you are no longer experiencing pain symptoms, it is important to continue with periodic chiropractic adjustments to prevent problems in the future. All of your hard work has paid off and you do not want to lose the improvement achieved. Usually, this phase of chiropractic care only requires a quick visit to the chiropractor 1 to 4 times per month.
