Dr Nitun “Nate” Ahir
Nitun “Nate” Ahir, MD, MPA is a graduate of the Avalon University School of Medicine in 2014. He completed his Internships as well as his Neurological training from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. He has also earned his Master’s in Public Administration from Clark University in Boston, MA
While being employed at the prestigious Barrow Neurological Institute, Dr. Ahir led a clinical trial investigating dietary changes with patients diagnosed with Glioblastoma Multiforme. He discovered that implementing a ketogenic diet along with and without current therapeutic regiments has greatly prolonged his patient’s life. With a median survival rate of 9 – 15 months, Dr. Ahir was able to increase his patient’s life up to 35 months. It was then he realized that our diets play a more of an important role and can reduce the need for prescription medicine and chemotherapy.
This is how Dr. Ahir was introduced to Health Atlast. Health Atlast integrates a multi-disciplinary approach for each patient. The medical team has seen that with a healthy lifestyle change, patients can reverse chronic diseases and eliminate the need for prescription drugs, which Dr. Ahir notes, saves our livers and kidneys from having the unnecessary side effects caused by every drug metabolism.
Dr. Ahir resides in Phoenix. He leads an active lifestyle and loves history. As an avid sports fan and is crazy about his alma mater Penn State’s football team.
Dr. Cynthia Reed
Dr Cynthia Reed is a board certified Family Medicine Physician. She began her medical career 20 years ago in the US Air Force as a combat medic after completing her BS in Cell Biology at Arizona State University. She was then selected to receive the Health Professions Scholarship to attend Midwestern University’s Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, AZ where she earned her Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine. She firmly believes in osteopathic tenets that state that the body is a unit made of mind, body and spirit and that the human body has the ability to self- regulate, self- heal and maintain overall health if given the right tools. After graduation, she completed her Family Medicine residency at University of Nebraska Medical Center/Offutt Air Force Base. She chose Family Medicine as her focus because she feels that a healthy family is foundation for a healthy life. She believes that excellence, integrity and service taught to her in the Air Force are values that should be applied to all aspects of her life and strives to achieve each daily. She believes in service to country, family, community and her patients. Since leaving active duty, Dr Reed has had the unique opportunity to work with both rural and urban populations in primary care, urgent care and emergency medicine. She has learned that to address illness that the root cause has to first be identified. Dr Reed wants to guide you to YOUR personal wellness goals! Dr. Brandon Kulp
Originally from Buffalo, New York, Dr. Kulp moved to Arizona to start his Chiropractic career. Dr. Kulp has been practicing chiropractic for 10 years, 5 of those being in the integrated medical model. Dr. Kulp enjoys helping patients get out of pain and back to the activities they like to do by identifying and treating the root cause of the problem. When Dr. Kulp is not working with patients, he enjoys playing volleyball, hiking, and camping.
Dr. Stephen Yeager
Born in Reading, PA. Graduated Hish School 1968 and attended Brigham Youn University for undergrad work. Served two years in Northern Germany on a church mission 1969-1971.
Attended National College of Chiropratic, following my father’s footsteps. Graduated in 1976 and moved to PA and practice with my father for one year before moving to AZ. Practiced in Pinetop Lakeside until 1981, then moving to Phoenix to work with Emergency Chiropractic. In 1983, I moved to Chandler until retiring in 2020.
Now working part time for Health Atlast Scottsdale as an Acupuncturist and Chiropractor.
In my off time, I do family stuff with the 20 plus grandkids and golf.
