Dr. Kamau Kokayi, M.D.
Dr. Kamau Kokayi is a Yale trained physician with over thirty years of practice in the field of Alternative and Holistic medicine.
Dr. Kokayi distinguished himself as a scholar at Cornell University and passed on a full scholarship to law school and entrance to Harvard medical school. Instead he pursued a unique course of study at Yale medical school in 1978 where he focused on what was then called Holistic medicine.
With the completion of his family practice residency with Board Certification, along with parallel training in the fields of homeopathy and Chinese medicine, and later applied kinesiology, Dr. Kokayi entered the field of primary care medicine in 1985. He has cultivated his craft and augmented his diagnostic and therapeutic skill set with countless workshops, trainings, and trips to various parts of the world, seeking out medical wisdom from other cultures and civilizations.
Dr. Richard Ochs, D.O.
Dr. Richard Ochs has been a licensed Doctor of Osteopathy since August 1973. He has extensive experience in drugless healing for orthopedic problems and pain management.
Dr. Adam Silver, D.O.
Dr. Silver has experience and training in both conventional and alternative approaches to pain management and musculoskeletal dysfunction and disease.
As an Osteopathically trained Physician, Dr. Silver has a keen understanding of physical anatomy and the biomechanics of the body. He’s an expert at using various manual medicine techniques including cranial osteopathy which supports his holistic approach to physical rehabilitation.
Dr. Vishal Thakral, D.O.
Dr. Vishal Thakral is double board certified in Sports Medicine and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Johns Hopkins Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation trained. Dr. Thakral is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Western University of Health Sciences.
His primary focus is non-operative orthopedics utilizing musculoskeletal ultrasound guided procedures to perform state-of-the-art treatments such as Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), Prolotherapy, and Regenerative Medicine. Many musculoskeletal and orthopedic injuries are often treated by methods such as physical/chiropractic therapy, cortisone injections or even surgery, however regenerative injections can help repair many injuries to the joints and spine. Dr. Thakral is passionate about diagnosing underlying causes and pain generators to specific orthopedic conditions and tailoring a treatment program that consists of non surgical interventions.
Dr. Stephanie Higashi, D.C.
Dr. Stephanie Higashi, D.C. is the CEO and Founder of Health Atlast. She has been practicing for over a decade and works passionately to help patients achieve their health goals. She collaborates with other practitioners in the office to provide the best customized treatment plan for patients for long term stable results without the use of drugs and surgery whenever possible.
Dr. Wayne Higashi D.C., A.T.C.
Dr. Wayne Higashi has been a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic since December 2000 and Certified Athletic Trainer since 1996.
He graduated from Southern California University of Health Sciences in 2000 and from the University of California Santa Barbara in 1996.
A member of the California Chiropractic Association, National Athletic Trainers Association, and the Southern California University of Health Sciences Alumni Association, he also has P.A.D.I. Rescue Diver Certification and American Red Cross CPR First Aid Certification.
Dr. Brian Huth, D.C.
Dr. Huth has been a Doctor of Chiropractic for 32 years, providing care in the Los Angeles area throughout his years of practice. He finds patient treatment and the education of future Chiropractors to be exciting and rewarding. He believes in educating and empowering a patient towards health care.
Dr. Andrée LeRoy, M.D.
Dr. Andrée LeRoy MD, MA, DipACLM, FAAPMR is both a Harvard trained medical doctor and a medical intuitive. She is an expert in functional integrative and rehabilitation medicine. She comes from a long lineage of western medicine trained physicians and holistic healers which has shaped her unique and science based approach to integrative and individualized care. Upon receiving her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana in Molecular and Integrative Physiology, she completed her thesis in Medicinal Plants and Herbology. She expanded her knowledge of the body systems and mechanics by practicing as a licensed massage therapist prior to graduating from the University of Illinois at Chicago Medical School in 2006. She then completed her residencies in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts in 2010 and the Durant Fellowship in Global Health and Refugee Medicine from Massachusetts General Hospital in 2011. While working at Massachusetts General Hospital and Spaulding Rehabilitation, Harvard’s official teaching hospital for physical medicine and rehabilitation ranked as top 3 rehabilitation hospitals in the United States, she also remained on faculty at Harvard Medical School for 8 years. Prior to moving to Los Angeles in 2018 to pursue her passion of optimizing the health and performance of our world’s highest achievers, she completed her Master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology with an emphasis in Consciousness, Health & Healing from the University of Santa Monica in 2016 and received training in Functional Medicine, Reiki, Energy Medicine, and Ayurvedic medicine, making her a catalyst for integrating Eastern and Western medicine in order to provide a holistic approach to her practice. In 2020, she pursued board certification in Lifestyle Medicine with the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. Over the past several years, Dr. LeRoy has worked closely with heart centered leaders and entrepreneurs to optimize their health so that they can realize their fullest potential. She has seen how important it is to educate executives on the importance of creating a healthy work-life balance which yields the highest return on investment in their overall health, wellness, vitality, and performance.
Dr. Kris Szen, D.C.
Dr Kris Szentivanyi or “Dr Szen” is a 1999 graduate of Parker College of Chiropractic. Since then he has persued extensive training in nutrition and Applied Kinesiology. He has a passion for uncovering the root cause of a patient’s problem.
Dr. Matthew Wong, D.C.
A graduate of Parker University, Dr. Wong believes his patients can obtain the level of health they desire by working together with his patients as a team. He looks at how the human body functions and moves as a whole as well as the integrity of the spine and nervous system and locally, joint by joint. By correcting misalignment of the spine, which causes nerves and joints to be damaged, we are able to restore motion, eliminate pain and correct negative affects on specific areas and organs as well as the body as a whole.
Dr. Wong also works with patients in “performance care.” He personally enjoys cross fit training and soccer, which explains his passion for helping people unlock their potential so they can reach new heights in their training as well as their health and fitness goals more quickly and/or efficiently.

Mansoor Al Ameri, PT is a physical therapist in Riverside, CA. He specializes in physical therapy and assistive therapy.
Greta Recinto, RYT, Therapeutic Yoga
Greta takes a holistic approach to heal and strengthen patients through yoga and other exercise modalities. Her focus is injury prevention and rehabilitation – to help patients strengthen the mind and body from many health conditions that include back, neck and knee pain; as well as sciatica, scoliosis, and to improve motor function conditions, postural alignment awareness and hip mobility.
Greta grew up in Texas as an athlete playing team sports which led to her passion in health and wellness. She is a Yoga Alliance certified E-RYT teacher and has been practicing yoga for over 10-years, specializing in mindful alignment-based therapeutic movement. She also teaches meditation and mindful yoga & exercises at corporations and at special events in the Los Angeles area. Her enthusiastic spirit infuses a fun, strong and nourishing experience. She is dedicated to help all abilities, to inspire and to live life to the fullest.
Samantha Blaustein, RYT, Therapeutic Yoga
A certified yoga instructor Samantha is passionate about healing through yoga. She combines her knowledge as a personal trainer with therapeutic yoga techniques to tailor a program for a patient’s individual needs in a clinical setting to help treat common ailments and conditions.
Samantha is an avid yogi who has been personally transformed by a dedicated practice of yoga and meditation. She strongly believes that consistent yoga practice and devotion to its’ ancient teachings, can heal any individual. She is continuing her study of Therapeutic Yoga through Loyota Marymount University’s Yoga Therapy Rx program.
